Flame cutting and plasma cutting

Much of our sub-contracting work consists of oxyfuel-cut components. In our Messer oxyfuel cutting machine we are cutting plate up to 300mm. The cutting table take plates in dimensions up to 2000 x 6000mm.

The four burner heads provides cost efficient cutting when producing high volumes.

Our Messer Easytherm 4000 we cut with both flame and plasma. The Hyperherm plasma is capable of cutting up to 30mm of black-, aluminium- or stainless steel plates. The cutting table takes plates up to 2500 x 6000mm. Cutting can be done with the plate covered with water to reduce the thermal influence on the plate.

After cutting we can blast and/or stress-relieve anneal your components.
